By the completion of this 8-hour Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) program, you will gain the skills and confidence necessary to handle crisis situations with minimal anxiety and maximum security. CPI professional learning will help you intervene more safely when behavior becomes dangerous. Most importantly, it won’t damage the professional bond you’ve worked so hard to establish with the individuals in your care.

Important Information
Participants must be within 2 months of expiration, expired, or have never held certification in order to attended CPI professional learning (certification is valid for 18 months from the previous date of CPI professional learning). If you do not fall within these guidelines you will be unenrolled from CPI professional learning.
