School Based Health and Provider Relations partners with community organizations to provide health care, behavioral health, vision, and dental services to the students of the Clark County School District (CCSD), with and without insurance, at no charge to students or CCSD.
Available services include acute and well care visits, immunizations, sports and annual physicals, behavioral health, vision, and preventive and restorative dental services.
All services are provided under a Memorandum of Agreement approved by the Clark County School District Board of Trustees.
Data is collected annually from the service providers and provided to the Clark County School District Board of Trustees detailing services completed, number of students serviced, and school sites served.

Project Smile is temporarily unavailable at this time until further notice. Please call Health Services Coordinator, Andrew Rodriguez, RN if you have any questions.
Project Smile is a program sponsored jointly by CCSD and the Clark County Public Education Foundation. Eligibility requirements include: an identified need due a dental emergency, (i.e., pain, severe decay, abscess) students who have no other dental resources and students who are eligible for free or reduced lunch. An application fee is no longer required.
