The Student Services Division partners with schools, families, and the community to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and ensure student-centered support.
The Special Education Procedures Manual explains how CCSD identifies, evaluates, and provides services to students with disabilities, outlines parents’/guardians’ rights and the processes that ensure students receive appropriate supports and services in school, and serves as a guide to help all stakeholders understand special education procedures.
